Clubmate's Membership Eligibility Feature simplifies managing junior memberships. It ensures memberships are assigned to the right profile, making the process simple and straightforward for adults managing memberships on behalf of children.


Why Use This Feature?

  • Error-Free: Avoid members accidentally assigning multiple memberships to a single profile.

  • Streamlined Management: Easily enable members to handle memberships for one or more children in one place.

  • Full Control: Quickly create and link profiles for new junior members.


How to Set Up the Membership Eligibility Feature

Step 1: Access the Membership Plans page

  • Go to the Settings menu in the admin dashboard (top-right corner).

  • Select Membership Plans from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Edit or Create a Plan

  • Choose a junior membership plan to edit or click Setup New Plan to create a new one.

Step 3: Configure Membership Eligibility

  • In the membership plan settings, click the Details tab.

  • Locate Membership Eligibility under the Membership Details section.

    Toggle the option to Age Restricted to enable the feature. Plans with For All will bypass this process.

Step 4: Save Changes

  • Click Save Changes in the top-right corner to apply the settings.


What Members Will See

When purchasing or renewing an age restricted membership:

  1. The system prompts members to confirm who the plan is for.

  2. They can:

    • Assign the membership to their own profile.

    • Select the plan for an existing linked child profile.

    • Create and link a new child profile.


By enabling this feature, you make junior membership management simple, efficient, and hassle-free.
