If your club has signed up to Clubmate's photo membership card service, you will typically receive your card within two weeks from the date of membership purchase.
If you have not received your photo card within two weeks, please check that a photo has been correctly uploaded in your online profile and that your home address is correct.
If your details were correct, please contact your club so that they can request us to send out a replacement card.
If you needed to update your details, please notify your club once done and they will request us to send out a card to you.
Do not contact Clubmate directly as we cannot act without your clubs request.
