What are Awards and Accreditation?

As human beings we all want to be acknowledged for doing something good, get noticed for high achievements and receive credit where credit is due right?

So with this in mind we have created the ability to acknowledge key achievements that can be given to your members and customers for doing great things.

What could these awards be

  • Award for a members loyalty to the club

  • Junior coaching achievement, moving up from Level 2 to Level 3

  • Winner of your Match League

  • Award for attending 5 x work parties

  • Acknowledgement for visiting your fishery more than 20 times

The options are endless. Which is why we've designed awards to give you the flexibility to use them as you see fit.

How does it work?

Setting up awards

First of all, let's look at how to set up an Award.

Navigate to Settings and then scroll down to Awards. This will display a full list of your current awards.

To add a new award, click on the green Add New Award button and then give it a name (this can be updated later if you want).

You can add some content to the email that is sent to the member on award allocation.

HINT: if you are using awards to track attendance so that you can offer a discounted membership (eg work party attendance), this is a good place to add the promo code for the relevant membership plan.

You can also configure the Award to be automatically allocated based on attendance. For example, if you are adding a loyalty system to your bookings, you might add the award to be automatically generated after 10 visits.

Finally, we recommend adding a photo that is relevant to the award. This will appear in the members profile and in the email confirmation. The more relevant the better!

Allocating awards

There are 2 primary methods to allocate an Award:

Manual Award

Add an Award whenever you want to and acknowledge achievements with your customers by simply adding an award to their profile. To do this, navigate to the members profile and click on the Training/Awards tab. Then click Add award.

Automated Award review

This allows you to set automated rules as to when an award is added. For example, you can create an Award that is automatically given to a member 'x' times they've attended an activity (eg, Work Party). As soon as the award meets the relevant criteria, you have the ability to approve the award before it is officially granted. Automated award reviews appear in the dashboard.

What happens when you allocate an award?

When an Award is allocated to a member or customer, they will automatically receive an email congratulating them on their award.

Additionally, the award will become visible within their own members profile. Only the most recent award will show but if they click on the image, they'll be able to see any historical awards that they've received too.

Awards Reporting and KPI Alerts

There are 2 new reports for you to use

  • All Awards - shows all those people who have been presented with an award

  • Award Reviews - shows all the people that need to be reviewed before their award is presented to them

  • Dashboard Icon - This shows the awards that are due to be reviewed as a reminder
