Latest release - product updates

Promo Codes 

  • We have added the ability to apply a promo code against individual membership plans. When applied, the membership will only be visible online when the member enters the promo code.

  • Promo codes act as a form of gate, therefore ensuring only those with the key (promo code) can view and purchase that plan. 

  • Use cases include, Work Party attendance discount, Committee memberships, restricting visibility of plans from the general public

Online multi-member management

  • It’s now possible for a member to set up and manage multiple member profiles from within their own member portal access (all under one email address). 

  • Use cases include, Parent/Guardian purchasing a membership for their children, spouse purchasing a membership on behalf of their partner or any member helping out a friend or neighbour without an email address.

Bolt-ons for specific memberships

  • We’ve made some improvements to Membership bolt-ons which means you can specify which bolt-ons are displayed dependant upon which membership is being purchased. 

  • Bolt-ons can still be made available to all memberships.

  • Use cases include, only display relevant add-ons to that specific membership eg, Night Fishing only shown to Adult members or Access Key only shown for New members.

Short term projects (3-6 months)

Member photo upload 

  • We shall be changing the stage in which members are prompted to upload their photo. It is likely to be introduced before they make a payment. 

Export reports in to Excel

  • Reports are currently only printable. We shall look to introduce the ability to download in to an excel spreadsheet as well

Waiting list management

  • For clubs who operate a waiting list, we will provide the ability for members to join your waiting list online. You will then be able to manage your waiting list from within Clubmate.

New member approval

  • For clubs who want more control over new members joining online, we are reviewing the potential for new membership applications to require approval by the club before processing.

  • Bailiff app

  • Member app
