We use a system called TablePress to manage all tables on your website as it's a little easier on the eye. So although the fees are displayed on your membership page or your match fixtures are displayed on your match fixtures page, the data is actually maintained in TablePress.

To access TablePress, first of all log-in as an admin user. And then navigate to the Dashboard for your website.

Scroll down the menu bar on the left until you get to TablePress. When you hover over TablePress, a sub-menu should appear. Now click on All Tables.

This will display all of the current tables in use.

If you are looking to update an existing table, we recommend checking out this article: How to edit an existing Table

If you are looking to add a new table for Match Fixtures, Membership Fees, Day Ticket rates etc. then read on!

To add a new table you have a couple of choices. You can either create one manually or you can import a .csv file.

For this article, we are going to shoe you how to import a table directly in to TablePress using a .csv file.

You can create your own table or use one of our ready made templates:
Match Fixtures
Membership Fees
Ticket Pricing

Once you have your table in .csv ready, click on Import Table

Now click on the Choose File button and select the relevant .csv file to upload from your computer.

And then click on Import

Once imported you can make any further amendments you like to the table.

And before clicking Save Changes, scroll to the bottom section of the page and de-select the Use DataTables checkbox.

The table will now be ready to be inserted in to your website.

To insert the table into your page, copy the Shortcode and paste it in the desired place on your website (speak to a Clubmate team member if you are unsure about how to do this).

The table should usually be placed in a Table element on the website.

When you open the table element, paste in your shortcode and click Save changes

To update your changes, remember to click on Update in the top right hand corner
