If you'd like to remove a member from the forum, you can choose to either ban them or delete them. 

Deleting removes them permanently, banning is less permanent and allows you to 'un-ban' them at a later date.

The process is similar for either.

First of all log-in as an admin user. And then hover over the Forum Dashboard until the dropdown menu appears, then click Members. 

This will bring you to a full list of all members.

To Ban a member, hover over their name and click 'ban user'

The member will no longer have access to the forum. They will not longer be visible in the default view of your members either.

To locate and view banned members, click on Banned at the top of the screen. 

You can re-instate a banned member by hovering over their name and clicking 'un-ban'. 

They will return to your default view of members and will also re-gain access to the forum.

To Delete a member from the forum permanently, follow the same process as before however instead of clicking on ban user, click on delete instead.

This will permanently remove the member from the list and remove all access to the forum.
