You can upload a members photo via their profile.

To upload a members profile, first navigate to the members grid by clicking on Members in the menu bar on the left:

Now locate the member record you'd like to update and click anywhere on it.

This will bring up the Quick member view, click on the box "Add a profile picture". If the person has an existing profile picture that needs to be replaced, just click on that alternatively.

Clicking anywhere in this box will open a new pop up. This will prompt you to either upload an existing image held on your computer or take a photo using a webcam then and there.

The chosen image will now populate the Member record and will also be visible by the member in the Member Portal.

To change a members photo, follow the same process but instead of clicking on the 'Add a profile picture' box, click on the existing image.

You can then upload a new image or take a photo with your webcam.

*please note that your browser may continue to display the old image. If this is the case, clear your browsers cache and the new image will appear.
