There are three options available to download your existing members details in to a spreadsheet. You can either download all member records, select a range of member records or download a single members record.

How to download all of your member records in to an excel spreadsheet

To start, navigate to the members grid by selecting Members in the menubar on the left:

To download all of the records in your database go straight to the top right and click on the Selected Member Options button.

Now select Export Member Data by checking the box and then click Go

All of the member data will now automatically download in to an excel spreadsheet.

How to download a selected range  member records in to an excel spreadsheet

As above, first click on Members in the menubar on the left:

You can now filter the records using any the headers displayed in the Member grid.

For example, if you only wanted to download a list of Active members, then click the dropdown list under Memberships, select Active and then Refresh

You can combine the filters to drill down further.

For example, if you wanted to download a list of members who are Active and also Male, then under Gender you would select Male and under Membership you would select Active. Just remember to click the Refresh button!

Once you have the filtered list, you can now click on the Selected Member Options button in the top right.

Followed by checking the Export Member Data box and clicking Go

The member data will now automatically download in to an excel spreadsheet.

How to download a single member record in to an excel spreadsheet

To start, navigate to the members grid by selecting Members in the menubar on the left:

Now select the member record you'd like to download and click Edit.

When you are in the members record, click on the Audit tab, furthest to the right (if you are using a smaller screen, this may sit underneath Comms Hub)

Now scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see two buttons: Export Member Data and Export Membership Data

Click on the relevant button and the data will automatically download in to an excel spreadsheet.
