What communications are sent when a booking is made

When a member or customer is booked on to an activity (either by themselves or by the club) they will automatically receive an email confirming the booking. They will also receive an email should they or the club cancel the booking.

The emails are all personalised with your club, membership and product details and will look like they've come straight from your club. You can add further customisation to the email too (see Customise email templates)
