Manually adding attendees to a booking

For many members/non-members, it will be easier for them to make a booking online via the member portal however there may be some who would prefer not to go online and will get in touch with you directly to organise their attendance.  

To make things easy, you can manage the same diary for both online and offline bookings. 

Adding an attendee to a booking

To add someone to a booking in your clubs diary, select Members from the menu on the left of the screen.

Within the members area, locate the person you'd like to manually add as an attendee using the search function,

If the person has not been added to the system previously then click the

"Setup new members" option in the top right and enter their details.

Once completed click anywhere on the member line and it will bring up the member quick view. Click "New Booking"

From here please select the relevant date and the relevant activity that the person wishes to book.

From here click on "Go to till" to process the payment for the member immediately, "Add to till" to add it to the till, allowing you make another booking (if required) or select "Continue adding to basket" if you'd like to arrange the payment at a later point.

From here select the applicable ticket option

And then complete either with or without a receipt (this is emailed to the attendee)

Finally confirm by clicking ok

The attendee has now been successfully added to the date and activity chosen.
