Clubmate provides you with different options to promote your online bookings.

You can use our online calendar widget on your website, you can share a dedicated hyperlink for the bookings diary (on your website or via email) or members/non-members can log in the online portal and make a booking there too.

All three options will direct them to the bookings diary within the online portal.

Calendar Widget

If your club is using the Clubmate calendar widget on your website, the individual can select the activity they wish to book and select 'Book' and they will be directed straight to that individual activity within the booking calendar.

Online Bookings diary

If you are providing direct access to the online portal via a hyperlink on your website, social media or email then the member/non-member will be directed straight to the booking calendar.

Alternatively, they could log-in to the online portal and click on Make a Booking (which will take them to the online booking diary):

Making a booking via the online diary:

When using the online calendar, the individual needs to locate the activity they wish to book and click Booking Info.

They will then be shown more information about the Activity they wish to book (to configure what is displayed in the activity see Setting Up Activities

To Book, the attendee clicks Book Now. They will then be given the option to Carry on making more bookings or to Continue and checkout.

If the booking requires the individual to purchase a product to grant access, they will be prompted to purchase one now.

If the Activity has been configured to allow an individual to purchase multiple tickets, they just need to add an additional product and they will be able to add their guests name.

They will also be presented with any additional 'cross-sell' products that have been configured to be displayed (see Setting Up Activities)

Once the've added the relevant products, they will be taken to the Basket so that they can enter their card details and pay.

Once paid, they will then be taken to a confirmation screen, where they can choose to go to their profile or make another booking.

If access to the activity is included within their membership package, or they have previously purchased credits that grant them access, then they will not be prompted to buy a product (unless there are 'Bolt-on's configured within the Activity).

The total will show as £0 and they can just click Complete

As soon as they are booked in, they will automatically receive an email confirming their booking.

The portal will also be updated to show their upcoming bookings.

If they're no longer able to attend they can cancel their booking by clicking Cancel booking.

If your activity has reached its maximum limit of attendees, they will no longer be able to book however they can add themselves to a waiting list, allowing you to add them should someone else drop out.
