SMS / Text Messaging 

Text messaging is the most direct & effective form of communication. It also has the highest open rates so if you need to get that important message across to your members it's worth sending an SMS.

The Clubmate SMS service provides your club with a dedicated 2-way SMS number. The number is unique to your club so we recommend that you share the number with your members. That way they can save it to their mobile phone and be able to get in touch with club quickly and easily. It also ensures they know who is contacting them! 

Setting up your number:

Log-in to Clubmate.

Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Integrations' 

Find the Automated SMS tab and click on the green 'Set Up' button and your number will be displayed & ready to use straight away.

That's it! You will now have a unique number that can send and receive SMS messages from your members.
