Members can register for an online account, create memberships, make bookings and update their contact information all from your clubs secure member portal.

You can provide access to the portal using exactly the same URL as you use to access Clubmate.ย

If they are accessing for the first time then they will need to Register an account. If they are returning, they can add their email & password and log back in.

You can find the URL in the address bar at the top of the browser (it will start with https://app.clubmate.co.uk/c/ followed by your club name).ย

Or you can locate this link via the Integrations tab.

Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Integrations'ย

Navigate to the Online Login & Registration tab, click open and then copy the URL.

Now that you have the correct link, you can now share access to the portal with your members via email, social media or add it to your website as a hyperlink.ย

Sharing the link via email with Clubmate

To share the link from within Clubmate, navigate to the Members area and then click on 'Selected Membership Options' (remember to filter the recipients).

Click the 'Send email' button and then give your email a subject line. Now add your content to the email including your clubs dedicated link (as per the above instructions).

Click go and the email will be sent ๐Ÿ‘
