Setting up your locations

In order to accept bookings via your diary, you will need to set up Activities and Locations.

Activities are what is taking place, Locations are where it is taking place.

A Location could be a venue, a meeting places or addresses. And you can create as many locations as you need. We recommend setting these up prior to creating your Activities (it will make sense why when you add your activity πŸ˜‰ )

By allocating the correct Location, you can avoid confusion and ensure everyone knows exactly where they need to be.Β 

To see how to add a Location read the written instructions below:

Log-in to Clubmate.

Click on the Settings icon in top right hand corner of the screen, scroll down and select 'Locations'Β 

Click on the green Add new location button

Now give the Location a name and click Add:

The description can be as detailed as you like, it will be displayed on the booking confirmation email. We recommend adding any specific guidance that is relevant for this Location only.

Now that the you have added a Location, it can now be allocated to an Activity.Β
