We've designed the Clubmate diary system to be so flexible that it can meet most scheduling & booking needs that you throw at it.

You can use it for managing upcoming activities, selling day tickets, guest tickets, matches, organising social events, taking payments, understanding attendance, group messaging and more.

Bookings can be for members only, non-members or both. You can publish it on your website, provide access via the member portal or keep it as an internal tool (or all three!).

As we said, it's pretty flexible!

Setting up your Diary

Before being able to accept bookings, you will need to make sure your diary is set up properly.

There are four main components you'll need to set up before adding an entry to the Diary:

  • Location (where the booking takes place)

  • Activities (what the booking is)

  • Access (who can book)

  • Adding the Diary Entry (making the booking live)

You'll need to make sure the first three are configured correctly before you can start adding entries to your diary.

To help get you up and running as swiftly as possible, we've created the following step by step guide to setting up your booking needs (we recommend reviewing these help articles in order):

Once set up, there are some further articles helping you manage your diary, including how to add publish the diary on your website, sending messages + more
